摘要：课程思政是高校思想政治工作会议精神的要求，也是实现“三全育人”的有效途径。本文阐述了“食品化学”课程融合思政教育的重要性，分析了“食品化学”课程思政教育存在的问题，探讨了“食品化学”课程思政元素的挖掘及课程思政实施的途径，以此实现专业知识与思政教育同向同行。

Integration and Exploration on Ideological and Political Education in the Course of“Food Chemistry”

Abstract：Ideological and political education is the requirement of the conference spirit of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and it is also an effective way to realize the “Three Full-scale education”. This paper elaborates the significance of ideological and political education integrated into the course of“Food Chemistry”, and analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education in the course of“Food Chemistry”, and probes into the excavation of ideological and political elements in the course of “Food Chemistry” and the implementation approach of ideological and political education. The purpose of this paper is to achieve the same direction of professional knowledge and ideological and political education.
